Christa joined MOITI with more than 20yrs Int’l banking and finance experience. Prior to that, she was responsible for global relationships for Fleet Boston’s. She graduated from the Vienna School of Business (Master’s in B.A. and Int’l Finance) in Austria. She speaks French and German.

CEO Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd

Founded in 1992, Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park (the Park below) is one of the leading national-level Hi-Tech Parks. By the end of 2006, a lot of global leading companies have established their operations in the Park including: GE, DuPont, SONY, CITI, Infosys, eBay, Honeywell, Motorola, IBM, AMD, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Pfizer, Dow, Rohm & Hass, and Salary.com. Frank Liu, CEO of Shanghai Zhangjiang Co. Ltd., is in charge of the Park’s development, planning, management and investment.

Matthew, as the founding General Partner, has become a well-known and successful investor and leader for setting up business operations globally. Prior to that, Matthew served as EVP & Chief of Strategy for DarwinSuzsoft, one of the leading U.S.-China Hi-tech companies. Matthew was named one of Boston’s “40 under 40_ by the Boston Business Journal in 2005. Matthew graduated from Michigan State University (BA) and the New England School of Law (JD). He studied Software at Harvard University and Civil Law with Loyola University- New Orleans in Costa Rica. Matthew speaks French, Japanese and is learning Mandarin.

Christopher L. Plunkett

Christopher is the Executive Director of Global Emerging, LLC, a company focus on strengthening business and technology cooperation and exchange between companies in US and China, helping companies establish global operations and sell products internationally. Additionally, Mr. Plunkett is a practicing attorney before the Massachusetts Bar. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (REBA) and a member of numerous additional industry related organizations. Chris graduated from Suffolk University Law School (JD) and St. Francis College (BA).
